Andrew has over 35 years’ experience in project
management, design, and contract management of major projects.
These include 22 years in Hong Kong, where he steered Lantau Link
and the new airport from concept to completion.
Andrew also has extensive experience in scheme concept and design
management, development of tender and contract documentation, and
contract administration of major highway, bridge and tunnel
projects, including multi-disciplinary aspects.
