Dan has worked on the design and construction of
bridges in UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, Libya,
Iraq and Nepal. His long and varied career has spanned 40 years -
all with Mott MacDonald.
Dan is a specialist in the design and construction of cabled stayed
and suspension bridges, indeed it could be said that he, literally,
'wrote the book' on cable stayed bridges. He is a contributing
author on this subject to the Institution of Civil Engineer's
'Manual of Bridge Engineering'.
