David combines technical expertise with the
enjoyment of managing major projects. He has over 30 years of
experience in the analysis and design of bridges and viaducts for
highway, railway and mass transit projects. He has managed design
teams working on major bridge projects in Singapore, Taiwan, India
and the UK.
David is a leading member of the UK Steel Bridge Group, a technical
forum established to consider matters of high priority interest to
the steel bridge construction industry and to suggest strategies
for improving the use of steel in bridgework.
