HT manages our active transportation infrastructure
team in Hong Kong. HT's background is in bridges, and he has
experience in the design and construction of prestressed concrete
and steel structures and with research on the material properties
of lightweight aggregate concrete. He has worked in the UK and Hong
Kong and now specialises in the management of the planning, design
and construction of highway infrastructure projects in Hong Kong
and China.
