Europe is a vital area of business for Mott MacDonald and we continually expand from Ireland in the west through to Russia and the EECCA states in the east.

Our project portfolio features some of Europe's most significant current projects – from Heathrow’s Terminal 5 and London’s new Wembley Stadium to groundbreaking privately financed infrastructure developments in EU new member countries and water resources management in Russia and the EECCA states.

We’ve been contributing to the continent’s bridge market since our work began on the Thames crossings in the 1900s. Examples of our projects include the River Suir cable stayed bridge, Halfpenny Bridge and Cork Docklands River Crossing in Ireland and the dramatic refurbishment of the landmark 14th century Charles Bridge in Prague.
